Guaranteed delivery before 9:00 AM

Earliest guaranteed delivery in the region
• 40 percent fee; $105 minimum up-charge

Before Noon

Guaranteed delivery before noon

• 30 percent fee; $70 minimum up-charge

Before 3:30 PM

Guaranteed delivery before 3:30 PM

Product arrives in time for production on delivery day
• 20 percent fee; $40 minimum up-charge

Whether it’s just-in-time logistics, retail deliveries and installations, or other demands for delivery precision, our Guaranteed Window service means your shipments will arrive exactly when you need them — not early, not late.

This service was specifically designed to provide consistent, on-time delivery for suppliers shipping to retailers with stringent window delivery requirements. Guaranteed Window can help you improve your retail scorecard results and avoid costly chargebacks.

Guaranteed Window gives you the flexibility to select from four levels of delivery precision:

  • Reddaway developed its Guaranteed Window service in response to a major retailer’s MABD (Must-Arrive-By-Date) delivery requirements. Reddaway has fine-tuned the service to meet retailer and supplier needs with a complete and integrated supply-chain solution.

Reddaway Guaranteed Friday to Monday service accelerates Friday 2-day shipments to next-day delivery on Monday.

When you need to speed up delivery time, take advantage of the weekend. Reddaway Guaranteed Friday to Monday service reduces ship time by one day and is an alternative to air freight or dedicated expedited service.

Place a Guaranteed sticker on your bill of lading (BOL) and check the box next to the Friday to Monday service.
